When we set out on a project or engagement it is with the intent of exceeding expectations, whether those be our customer’s, the market’s, or the world’s expectations. If you aren’t interested in turning heads, changing “the world” (world as defined by you), and being remarkable then we probably can’t help you. Some people translate this aggressive posture toward projects as being at best edgy or at worst risky. Not necessarily so. We’ve spent many years working with large organizations that were very risk-averse. Managing risk levels is part of any project and we know how to do this. The problem is many projects are doomed from the beginning because they fail to identify and address the question that represents one of the biggest risks:

Honestly though, a lot of people have those things- they don’t make you remarkable, only “qualified”.
Our Founder
Kick Studios in 2010 by Kevin Dostalek and to this day remains our principal consultant that is involved with every customer engagement. Kevin has over 20 years experience in the IT industry and 15+ years experience managing large IT development projects and IT staff. While he holds numerous System Engineer related certifications, Kevin has spent the last 15 years focused on software/web development and improvements in the development process including being an early adopter and champion of “Agile Development” processes starting in 2002. Kevin has led projects for companies of all sizes and has participated in various roles including Developer, Architect, Business Analyst, Technical Lead, Development Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager, and Mentor/Coach. In addition to these roles, Kevin also managed a Solution Delivery department as a Vice President for a mid-sized MS Gold Partner from 2005 through 2008 and later also served as Vice President of Innovation and Education. Kick Studios now has 3 areas of practice which include SharePoint/Office 365, Custom Application Development (.Net, Azure, and Mobile), and Decentralized Application Solutions (dApps, blockchain smart contracts, and Crowd Machine Apps).
In addition to his technical experience as a systems engineer and developer, Kevin also has a deep understanding of business drivers and aligning technology to meet business goals. He is passionate about learning and teaching, enabling authentic relationships between people, and blending left-brain critical thinking with right-brain radiant thinking.These passions make him an ideal candidate for disruptive innovation initiatives, especially those involving his technical expertise (software product development, SharePoint/Office 365, and Blockchain development).
When not working with Kick Studios, Kevin enjoys training, racing, and coaching triathlon (swim, bike, run) and is an avid cryptocurrency enthusiast and trader.

While the majority of our consultants are located in the Greater Indianapolis Area, we also take advantage our the extensive network of talent our founder has built through his years on the national speaking circuit. When solutions beg for niche experts we can usually call upon a leading expert in the field whether they operate out of Chicago, Dallas, or London! We also maintain partnerships with other local consultancies which allows us to scale our staff when needed.
